    How To Use Portable Charging?

    Portable AC EV Charger (CDZ-BX) Charging steps

    1. Insert the power plug of the portable charging pile into the socket, and turn on the power, the green breathing indicator light bar will light up, and the screen will display the corresponding operation.
    2. If you do not need function settings, please insert the gun directly and the yellow indicator light will always be on. After inserting the gun, wait for the vehicle to be ready.
    3. The connection is normal, the charging starts, and the green running water light turns on. The screen displays the corresponding information.
    4. When charging is completed, the green light is always on.
      Note: Automatic power-off function after full charge (current <1A)

    Features

    In addition to the normal charging function, portable charging also has a maximum current switching function, a scheduled charging function, and a canceling grounding function. There are also a series of protection functions, such as ground detection, A+DC 6mA leakage detection function, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, CP abnormality, relay adhesion, etc.

    5 Over temperature protection When the temperature inside the box reaches 60℃ degrees Celsius, the actual busbar and relay are around 110 degrees Celsius, the PWM is reduced to the corresponding value of 20A, and the default PWM is restored when it is lowered to 50℃ degrees Celsius; the output is stopped when the temperature exceeds 75℃ degrees Celsius, and charging is resumed when it is lowered to 60℃ degrees Celsius.
    6 CP abnormal Detected that the CP voltage is not 12V 9V 6V 3V
    7 Relay sticking Relay adhesion means that the relay is not turned on, but the relay feedback is turned on.

    Instructions For Using the 3 Functions of the Portable AC EV Charging

    1. Maximum current charging setting instructions

    1.1 Turn on the charging pile and the screen will light up. Please do not insert your gun at this time.
    1.2 Press and hold SET (5s) to enter the setting interface.
    Press SET again to select the current mode (Current).
    Press and hold SET (2s) to enter the current setting interface.
    Press SET to switch the maximum current,
    If there is no action after completing the setting for 3s, it will automatically return to the setting interface. After another 3s, it will automatically exit and save to complete the setting.
    1.3 Insert the gun into the maximum current charging mode

    2. Reservation charging instructions

    2.1 Turn on the charging pile and the screen will light up. Please don’t insert your gun at this time
    2.2 Press and hold SET (5s) to enter the setting interface.
    Press SET again to select time mode (Time),
    Press and hold SET (2s) to enter the time setting interface, the hour position is flashing, and the hour can be set at this time.
    Press SET again to switch minutes. Press SET (2s) until the minutes are flashing. At this time, the minutes can be set.
    If there is no action after completing the setting for 3s, it will automatically return to the setting interface. After another 3s, it will automatically exit and save to complete the setting.
    2.3 The screen displays the appointment time, inserts the gun, and waits for charging. Start charging when the scheduled time is reached.
    Notice:
    *The charging pile has a memory function, and you only need to set the reservation time when using it for the first time. If the charging conditions change, please reset the reservation time.
    *To cancel the scheduled charging after making a reservation, press SET (2s).

    3. Cancel the grounding function

    3.1 Turn on the charging pile and the screen will light up. Please do not insert your gun at this time.
    3.2 The screen displays fault code: 0x20
    3.3 Press and hold SET (5s) to enter the setting interface
    Press SET again to select grounding mode (Grounding).
    Press SET again (2s) to enter the grounding setting interface.
    Press SET to select NO,
    If there is no action after completing the setting for 3s, it will automatically return to the setting interface. After another 3s, it will automatically exit and save to complete the setting.
    3.4 After the setting is completed, insert the gun to charge.

    *Canceling the grounding function may cause safety hazards, please choose carefully and bear the consequences!
